The dark princess's empire continues to expand. Production on the $25M film adaptation begins next year, with casting announcements expected this spring. Producer Hiram Levy (Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania) promises "cutting-edge visual effects" while staying true to the graphic novels' wicked charm.

Meanwhile, "For The Empire Eternal Part 2" hits shelves this July, continuing the YA series' exploration of Lucinda's family after the fall of the empire. Creator Malcolm Harris hints at "shocking revelations about the Nightbane dynasty."

Dragon Con 2025 will host the first official Princess Lucinda cosplay gathering, featuring a transformation costume contest judged by Harris himself. The "Obey the Princess" card game tournament returns after last year's sold-out success.

Fans can also look forward to a new line of themed stationery launching in March.
